Beautifully perfumed with red fruit flavours and chocolate overtones, it is the perfect way to celebrate Christmas. What better way to enjoy a glass of wine than with Block 5 infused truffles? Alison Peck from Chocolate @ No.5 in Hahndorf has created Block 5 truffles, combining a shiraz ganache with an infused gelee over a 55% chocolate shell. The deep red lustre gives a classic festive finish, and is the flawless accompaniment to the wine.
Sourced from Marika Biro Cake Design in the Adelaide Hills is our 2019 Williams & Taylor Christmas cake. Including eight fruits and soaked in The Lane’s Chardonnay Block 3 and brandy, the result is an iced delight.
